A refined process, from first design to the life of the loan.
With decades of experience and thousands of cases placed, here are the steps involved in most premium financed cases — and what we need from you to get started.

- 4

We help complete the application and preliminary documents.
- 5

Requirements fulfilled promptly so underwriting moves fast.
- 6
Approval & documents
Final documentation set reflecting the approved terms.
- 7
Collateral & file audit
Collateral secured and the file audited for compliance.
- 8
Funding
A prompt funding drawdown puts the plan in place.
- 9
Ongoing administration
Annual collateral reviews, loan summaries when needed, and support for the life of the loan.

Cash & equivalents
CDs, time deposits, savings and money market accounts
Marketable securities
Mutual funds, equities, fixed income, ETFs and other registered products
Other life policies
Cash surrender value of acceptable life insurance policies
Standby letter of credit
Asset-backed, from an acceptable financial institution
Real estate
Subject to lender approval, appraisal and other conditions
Availability of each collateral type depends on the loan. Some assets may need to be held at a particular institution. We help evaluate and secure the right collateral for every case.
